Reporting to the Contracts Director. Responsible for managing c£2 million worth of contracts, the vast majority in central London.
A very client-centric role; being the interface between the client and the requirements of the end to end project.
Must be a motivated self-starter with a strong sense of responsibility able to take the initiative to make and implement decisions.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in managing teams on large construction projects
- Good understanding of passive fire stopping
- A clear understanding of health & safety requirements
