Role and responsibilities include:

  • Act as a first point of contact for residents.
  • Liaise with Contract Managers, Supervisors and Residents so ensuring effective partnering.
  • Seeking ways to ensure residents are always kept informed of any developments and changes.
  • Pro-actively arrange to meet residents on site to better understand their concerns regarding our programme.
  • Work closely with the Client to better exceed resident satisfaction.
  • Responsible for managing residents’ complaints and responding in line with the company guidelines and procedures.
  • Help plan and deliver information to residents, carry out customer satisfactions surveys.
  • Ability to compile detailed reports relating to customer satisfaction in line with our Clients requirements.
