Role and responsibilities include:
- Act as a first point of contact for residents.
- Liaise with Contract Managers, Supervisors and Residents so ensuring effective partnering.
- Seeking ways to ensure residents are always kept informed of any developments and changes.
- Pro-actively arrange to meet residents on site to better understand their concerns regarding our programme.
- Work closely with the Client to better exceed resident satisfaction.
- Responsible for managing residents’ complaints and responding in line with the company guidelines and procedures.
- Help plan and deliver information to residents, carry out customer satisfactions surveys.
- Ability to compile detailed reports relating to customer satisfaction in line with our Clients requirements.
