Description of works: Site Applied Intumescent coatings

This prime development site in the City of London is HB Reavis first acquisition in the UK and marks its entry into the London office market.  The building comprising of 228,000 sq ft and features include a double height reception and a quarter acre roof top garden overlooking the River Thames.

US bank Wells Fargo is buying 33 King William Street and will occupy the entire building when completed in 2017.

CLM have secured the Structural fire protection package on this prestigious scheme, using the Nullifire and International Paint's range of intumescent coatings.  This is the latest of a number of high profile projects where CLM have secured the onsite applications of intumescent coatings.
